YD-5909K is a water-based epoxy curing agent modified with cyclic amines. The paint film prepared with YD-5909K exhibits good scratch resistance, excellent acid and alkali resistance, hardness comparable to oil-based coatings, and high gloss. This makes it highly suitable for applications in high-gloss, high-hardness, and high-resistance industrial waterborne coatings. It is also well-suited for emerging markets such as waterborne epoxy grouting materials and waterborne epoxy repair materials. YD-5909K can enhance the corrosion resistance and acid-alkali resistance in cement grouting materials, improving the environmental resistance of concrete.

The experimental ratios for the above points 1 and 2 are as follows: YD-5909K: 128 = 60:40.
For point 3, the experimental ratio is also YD-5909: 128 = 60:40. After stirring thoroughly, a 50μm paint film was prepared on a tin plate and naturally cured for 7 days. The adhesion was tested using the cross-cut test method.
Point 4 refers to the weight of volatile organic compounds contained in 1L of the waterborne epoxy curing agent (theoretical value).
